How to build a route based on the public transport schedule
The 2GIS iOS and Android apps offer public transportation options for most major cities, taking into account route schedules and current time. If the waiting time for the next bus is too long, that option is discarded in the search. For other cities, the commute search does not depend on current time, and will always return the maximum number of options available.

Creating a route for an alternate time
- Create the needed route.
- Press the “Now” button if you want to schedule the commute for a different time. If you don’t see that option, then it’s not available in your city.
- Choose the date and time for which you want to create the route.
- Select your preferred route.
Creating a route without accounting for transportation schedules
- Set the origin and destination points for your route.
- Press the “Now” button, and turn off the “Consider timetable” switch in order to always create your route without accounting for transport schedules.
