The app can not build a route by public transport

If the application can not build a route, it means it doesn’t know how to get where you need. There may be several reasons:

• we do not know which bus goes to or from the specified point;
• near the starting or destination point of the route there is no stop within a radius of three kilometers;
• the starting or destination point of the route is outside of the detailed map;
• the specified route can be made only by car, and you chose the public transport mode;
• the starting and destination points of the route coincide;
• you’ve limited the types of transport that 2GIS can use when searching for a route (this may be relevant for the mobile app);
